  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom or specially ordered sofas may require additional processing time, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, and specialized furniture delivery services to ensure safe handling and timely delivery.

  • Shipping options available will be shown during checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your sofa ships.


3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.

  • At this time, international shipping is not available for sofa products.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the sofa.

  • Standard shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited or white-glove delivery services may be offered at an additional cost.

  • Inspect your sofa upon delivery and report any damage or missing items immediately.

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will assist in resolving the issue, including filing claims or arranging replacements.


8. Address Accuracy

  • Please provide complete and accurate shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
